Product Returns
For DIGITAL DOWNLOAD products delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded a product purchase at our site, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
We accept returns on PHYSICAL products (Compact Discs, DVDs, Books) purchased from our site that are defective, were shipped in error, or were damaged in transit. In the rare case that you would receive such a product, we will replace it at no charge. We also accept returns on items that are unopened (item must be in original shrink wrap). Such returns must be returned to us within thirty (30) days of your purchase from us.
To return a PHYSICAL product, please return your item with the original packing list and note the reason for your return on it. If you do not have your original packing list, include the reason for your return, and your COMPLETE name, full mailing address, and contact information on a piece of paper and include it with your returned merchandise in your package.
